Had a great experience at La Quinta. The service, staff and their support was very awesome. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is well maintained. It's a pets friendly hotel, but could the see the hotel tidy. It's located in the middle of the town making it easy for me to commute to needed spots in Mobile. The breakfast was good, had waffles, fruits, cereals, and some additional stuff. Have coffees, tea and juices as well. A great experience and would surely stay here if I'm crossing mobile again.
The Housekeeping Manager is truly amazing & so so sweet!! She definitely goes above and beyond for her Job title & make sure her team gets all the help from her ! I am writing to tell you I am and older lady and couldn’t figure out how to even write this on my phone so she decided to hand me her phone and said Ma’am I don’t mind helping , god is so good when you truly have amazing person just like her willing to help so much ! The time I’ve stayed here I have seen her all 3 days of my stay ! She’s has helped me so much when I needed something she was truly sweet about stopping what she was doing and to come help me ! The dude on front desk is so rude and said I couldn’t have any service so miss Holly heard about it and came and clean my room so nicely and I turned around and tip her $15 for doing that . The Gm needs to have a word with some of his front desk people . This Hotel is lucky to have a good hard worker like miss Holly , because of her I can’t wait to book another stay again ! Also thank you to Miss Holly & the housekeeping team for making my husband and I feel so welcomed at the LaQuinta.
Everyone at this hotel was so nice and accommodating. Wonderful place to stop after a long day of travel with great half shell oyster restaurant less than a block away. Thank you vLa Quinta folks. Oh our pup loved it there as well! DescriSee you again soon!!
Very clean and friendly staff. Entire hotel seemed to be well cared for. Pool and gym area looked clean as well. It is obvious that this facility is well maintained. Don’t understand and cannot confirm other guests negative reviews? Maybe we stayed at different locations?
This should be marked as a 5⭐everything was super nice! Check list: Rooms clean Breakfast delicious, front desk AWESOME! I'll definitely stay again, I couldn't tell it was pet friendly because it was so clean and fresh everywhere, every floor! This is a must stay and my top choice!
Clean and lovely. Jessica at the front desk was wonderful. The manager, Mitesh, even helped me to park my Uhaul when I was having trouble. Beautiful people! Tasty breakfast. Clean pool. FIVE STARS

Ms. Elta at the front desk was unbelievably kind and helpful. I rarely ever leave reviews but she was a 10/10 host. Because of her I’ll definitely be staying here every time I make a trip.
